WolfDispatch is a program that completely manages your business.

From the time you book a load, until you invoice the customer, it monitors, reports and manages your entire business.

Load Sheets (Dispatching)

Load Sheet Printing

The information you enter for a load can be printed in many different ways. There are various printouts to select from including Carrier, Customer, Shipper, Consignee Confirmations, in addition to internal printouts.

Printouts from WolfDispatch can be faxed directly from the system providing your computer is setup with the appropriate fax software (i.e. WinFax, Microsoft Fax, etc.)

Reports

• numerous reports are available within the system. Any additional type of report may be produced exclusively for the user at an extra charge.

Contact Management (Reminders)

• operates as an internal e-mail system with the power of a scheduler too
• multiple reminders can be attached to all documents within the system
• "delay" and "completed" featured at bottom of reminder screen
• daily reminders pop-up when user logs into the system. User specifies number of days prior to due date to be reminded.
• system timer checks every minute for reminders that are due and brings them up on the screen automatically
• unlimited notes section inserts current date, time and user name when a reminder is updated.
• user definable reminder types allows you to group reminders for custom reporting

Installation & Setup

We will work hand in hand with all employees involved with the implementation and setup of the software to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We have a convenient on-line installation process using Symantec pcANYWHERE. Average installation and setup time is 30 minutes.
