Microsoft MapPoint software is integrated with the Fuel Tax and WolfDispatch systems. The Fuel Tax system uses MapPoint to simplify the data entry of jurisdictions traveled and mileages accumulated.

Below is a image of the first page of the trip sheet. Enter the shipper and consignee on the trip sheet. Once the shipper and consignee are added to the trip sheet click the button 'Add from Mappoint ', this will then generate all the miles and jurisdictions traveled and add them to the trip sheet.

Shipper and consignee buttons are used to view the map image these locations. Below is page two of the Trip sheet data entry screen after the shipper button has been clicked.

Trip button is used to Route the trip between the shipper and consignee. This button will give detail directions and mileage between the two points. Use the slider at the side of the directions to scroll through the detailed driving instructions.

Higher screen resolutions will provide easier viewing of the map and directions. To check your resolution right click an empty area of the desktop and select properties
